Luke Krangar is an accomplished Public Health Epidemiologist with a decade of expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Implementation Research, and Health Systems Strengthening, underpinned by a strong foundation in Evidence-Based Decision-Making. His work has spanned key health interventions, including immunization and COVID-19 vaccination efforts, in collaboration with institutions such as Liberia’s Ministry of Health, Partners in Health, the Global Fund for HIV/AIDS and Malaria, and more Currently serving as the Senior Monitoring Advisor for USAID’s Data, Evaluation, Learning, and Technical Assistance (DELTA) activity in Liberia, Luke provides strategic leadership in enhancing health outcomes through data-driven approaches. In this role, he leads comprehensive mapping and scoping exercises, develops program activities that integrate robust data systems, and ensures that health interventions are effectively linked to broader development goals. His previous role as a Health Information Systems Specialist on the Frontier Health Markets (FHM) Engage project in Liberia further demonstrates his deep involvement in advancing health data systems to support sustainable public health improvements.
